Are the displayed prices final?
Yes. Prices displayed on the website are final prices with VAT and applicable taxes included.
How are children charged?
Adults aged 12 and over pay the full price. Children from age 2 to under 12 pay 50% of the adult price. Infants under 2 are free.
Does Fast Track skip mandatory procedures?
No. Fast Track provides applicable queue priority; all mandatory airport and official procedures still apply.
Can I book for arrival, departure or a connection?
Yes. Select the direction available for your journey during booking, including Connection / Transit where applicable.
Is VIP Lounge included with Fast Track?
No. VIP Lounge is a separate service unless it is included in the specific service combination you book.
Does Fast Track provide checked-baggage priority?
No. Fast Track prioritizes the passenger at applicable covered stages; airline checked-baggage priority is separate.
